Handheld penetrometer for monitoring the ripeness of Pears, Apples, Peaches, Tomatoes, Mangoes.

• Tomato: For tomatoes, the recommended penetration tip is 8 mm.  
• Mango: To measure the hardness of mangoes, the recommended penetrometer is the 13Kg model, although the 20Kg model can also be used. Both models should be used with the 8 mm tip.  

This device provides a precise index to determine the correct harvest time for the fruit and can monitor the ripening progress during storage.
