Parcel Dispatch
As a general rule, parcels are dispatched within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase and according to the chosen courier company.
Orders for items in stock are prepared and dispatched from our facilities as soon as possible.
SPAIN
Estimated delivery time to your destination:
- Mainland: 1-2 days
- Balearic Islands: 2-3 days
- Canary Islands: 4-5 days
- Ceuta and Melilla: 4-5 days
We will keep you informed at all times regarding:
- The status of your order.
- The courier company used.
- The tracking number.
PORTUGAL
- Mainland: Similar timeframes to shipping within mainland Spain.
- Islands and other regions: Shipping is NOT available.
EU COMMUNITY
- Shipping via international Courier: approximately 5 days
NON-EU EUROPE
- Shipping via international Courier: approximately 7-10 days
- IMPORT Taxes at destination, tariffs and customs management must be paid by the client in their country upon arrival of the order. The courier company will guide you on how to carry out these procedures.
AMERICA
- Shipping via international Courier: approximately 7-10 days

DISPATCH OF OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
If a product is not in stock, it will be necessary to wait for it to be received from the manufacturer.
Once received in our warehouse, the aforementioned shipping timeframes will apply.
Returns
AgroSmartProducts works to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and therefore provides you with various methods to effect a return should this not be the case.
Under current Spanish legislation, the Retail Trade Act, the conditions for returns are as follows:
Return (SPAIN AND PORTUGAL):
If you find yourself in any of the situations detailed below, you must contact our customer service team to inform them of your situation within a maximum period of 7 days from the delivery of the product. You can use any of the following means to do so.
You must inform us of the nature of the issue, whether you wish for the same product subject to the claim to be sent to you again, if you wish to exchange it for another product that better suits your needs, or if you wish to proceed with a refund.
Returns will not be accepted outside of the 7-day period.
Of course, you will still be able to use the manufacturer's warranty in accordance with current Spanish legislation.
Once you have received your order:
If the product is faulty or was damaged during transport:
Keep the product in its original packaging with all its accessories. AgroSmartProducts will arrange for the product to be collected and will assume the shipping costs generated by its return.
AgroSmartProducts will proceed to resend the product completely free of charge to you.
In cases of breakage during transport, it is essential that you inform us by telephone on the same day you receive the goods and have confirmed the breakage.
Return without issues:
AgroSmartProducts offers you the possibility to return your order with no commitment, provided it is done within the 7-day period, as established by current legislation, and provided the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
In this case, you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs to send the parcel back to our warehouse.
If your order was included in the "free shipping" promotion, after the return of the order, the amount equivalent to the shipping of the goods to your address will be deducted from your refund.
If returned products do not arrive in perfect condition, AgroSmartProducts reserves the right to refund a lower amount for your order.
You have not received the order and wish to cancel or modify it:
If your order has left our warehouse and, there being no issue on our part, you no longer want your order, the customer will compensate for the shipping costs incurred, both for the initial dispatch and the return.
If your order has not begun processing, you simply need to inform us of your modification or cancellation and there will be no cost to you.
Can I use my usual carrier to send a return? If you wish to send the goods via a carrier of your choice, you must always send it with the carriage paid according to their rates. If, on the contrary, you wish to send it via our carrier, you must contact AgroSmartProducts and request a collection (stating that it will be carriage forward) to benefit from more economical rates.
Remember never to dispose of the product packaging until you have checked that the items are in perfect condition.
Before opening any product, please verify that all products match what you ordered, and make an immediate claim if there is any anomaly.
In case of an anomaly with a product, please do not remove it from its original packaging.
Return (AMERICA AND REST OF THE WORLD):
