Fryer Oil Test Strips. FTK-OIL

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Dip the test strip into the oil for 2 seconds. (It is recommended to temper the oil between 10 and 30ºC).
2. Leave the strip to rest horizontally for 120 seconds.
3. Compare the resulting color with the color chart.

• Suitable for any type of oil.
• Measures free fatty acids; however, there is equivalence with polar compounds.
• Can be used in hot oil, but it is recommended to reduce the temperature to avoid interferences or strip deformation.

STORAGE ADVICE

Keep the tube tightly closed to prevent moisture from entering. Avoid handling the strips with wet or damp hands. Do not expose to sunlight.

EXPIRATION

Do not use after the date printed on the tube.

Note: As a good practice, it is recommended to take a small oil sample instead of dipping the strip directly into the fryer.
